Located approximately 1/2 mile outside of Cruz Bay, you can walk down into town to catch the ferry, shop, and dine out at one of the many restaurants. Going back up is more of a challenge so many guests take a taxi back up the hillside.
We recommend our guests rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle to explore more of the island and everything it has to offer. There is ample parking for both Ginger Thomas and Alexandra Cottage. It is an 8–10-minute drive to the beautiful north shore beaches.
